Modeste is quality control officer at ADMA International Ltd. He is in charge of quality of biscuits , ensuring that safety of biscuits at all stages of production, for all products and keep them on high quality, ensuring that products meet the standards settled by company, RSB, RFDA and International standards Organization. He also in charge of health safety of workers in collaboration human resource as health and safety team leader. He is in charge of continue improving , measuring , evaluating, and validating the system’s effectiveness taking into consideration all statutory and regulatory requirements as well as mutually agreed customer requirements in collaboration with production manager.

Modeste is a bachelor’s in environmental chemistry from University of Rwanda with 7 years of experience as quality control and laboratory technician. He has been working for ADMA since February 2020.
