Butare  is the HR Admin assistant at ADMA International Ltd. He is in charge of Handling attendance of  employees, Communicating every necessary announcement, memo, and urgent meetings.

With collaboration with HR manager Butare handles employee’s issues including (warnings, punishments, recruitment, dismissal) he also ensures punctuality, cleanliness of all employees and communicates to the leadership concerning employees work status including (some necessary improvement, urgent issues to handle, challenges etc.) advocate for employee’s welfare.

Butare has been working for ADMA since June 2015 up to date and he holds a bachelor’s degree in law from University of Rwanda.
