We are looking for a skilled Receptionist who has a pleasant welcoming and engaging personality, ensuring calls and visitors are dealt with in a timely, professional, and effective manner, and who will contribute to making the company a better place.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take care of any books, letters or any document related to the company.
  • Prepare in-out letters in a required time.
  • Receive and handle people’s requests from outside the company in a polite manner.
  • Read any papers, letters, requests assigned to Managing Director and make a note of
    reminder if no response.
  • Always show positive image to our customers, visitors, staffs, and workers
  • Receive calls from outside and make reasonable response vis-à-vis Managing Director.
  • Filing and maintaining all records for company.
  • Direct people to correct destination.
  • Ensure knowledge of staff movement in and out of organization.
  • Schedule appointment.
  • Maintain appointment daily either manually or electronically.
  • Organize conference and meeting room bookings.
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment.
  • Maintain the reception area.
  • Handle any task assigned to him/her by his/ her superior/s


  • A Secretarial or Administration qualification is a plus.
  • Receptionist experience is preferred.
  • Excellent work ethics.
  • Attentive to details,
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good attention to detail,
  • Ability to interpret and apply guidelines and procedures,
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm,
  • Willingness to take on multiple tasks and go above and beyond the scope of this job description,
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
