We are looking for a skilled HR Administrative Assistant who will support the HR department in the process of recruiting, supporting, and developing talent.

You will be responsible for administrative tasks, and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely records with employees and proper filing.
  • With the approval of HR manager handle employee’s issues including (warnings, punishments, recruitment, dismissal)
  • With the approval of HR manager prepare and conduct meetings with employees when necessary
  • Communicate every necessary announcement, memo, and urgent meetings.
  • Ensure punctuality and cleanliness of all employees.
  • Communicate to the leadership concerning employees work status including (some necessary improvement, urgent issues to handle, challenges etc)
  • Advocate for employee’s welfare
  • Handle any task assigned to him by his superior/s.
  • High light the day today activities of the position of every employee
  • Tracking employee’s performance
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Write letters and emails on behalf of other office staff.
  • Resolve administrative problems.
  • Handling attendance of the employees
  • Prepare final discount.
  • Preparing any form of leave
  • Drafting recommendation letters


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or any other related field.
  • A minimum 2 years working experience in HR related field.
  • Ability to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
