Abdul Aziz Dakik is the chairman of the board of ADMA International LTD. He has worked for the biscuits industry for more than 25 years. 

In 2003, he started ADMA International LTD to manufacture biscuits for the Rwandan market and East African region. Currently, Aziz is the advisor to the company and his experience is very much appreciated. 

Aziz has founded different businesses in different African countries and he, therefore, understands the African business ecosystem.
