HR Officer HR Officer

We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support, and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct an organization’s recruitment, interview, selection and hiring process
  • Plan employees’ benefits, payroll, health, and safety programs
  • Follow and ensure adherence to internal rules and regulations
  •  Update of employee records
  • Respond to all inquiries with the collaboration of Administration Director and timely manner
  • Suggest appropriate innovative measures for improving performance evaluations and employee engagement
  • Approve all measure taken by HR department regarding employee’s issues (warning letters, suspensions, dismissal, leaves, …)
  • Prepare and conduct meetings with employees when necessary
  • Communicate every necessary announcement, memo, and urgent meetings
  • Communicate to the leadership concerning employees work status including (some necessary improvement, urgent issues to handle, challenges etc.)
  • Advocate for employee’s welfare
  • Handle any task assigned to him/her by his superior/s.
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
  • Prepare final discount
  • Prepare any form of leave
  • Drafting recommendation letters
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
  • Additional trainings/certifications in Human Resources Management– may be advantageous.
  • Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Protecting the interests of all employees and of the company.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
