Job Title:  Human Resources Manager   

We are looking for a competent and skilled Human Resources Manager who will;

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver briefings to executives
  • Oversee an organization’s recruitment, interview, selection and hiring process
  • Plan employees’ benefits, payroll, health, and safety programs
  • Initiate and supervise the implementation and advancement of HR processes
  • Follow and ensure adherence to internal rules and regulations
  • Oversee and check the update of employee records
  • Respond to all inquiries with the collaboration of lawyers in professional and timely manner
  • Effectively structure benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
  • Suggest appropriate innovative measures for improving performance evaluations and employee engagement
  • Approve all measure taken by HR department regarding employee’s issues (warning letters, suspensions, dismissal, leaves, …)

Required Qualification and Experience:

  • Masters or bachelor’s degree in human resources or any other related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources
  • Additional trainings/certifications in Human Resources Management are an added advantage.
  • Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Managerial and leadership skills.
  • Protecting the interest of all employees and the company.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
