We are looking for a competent and skilled HR administrative assistant who will;

Position Objective:

  • The objective of the present assignment is to allow the Employer to benefit from the services of the Employee with the aim of fulfilling the mission that was assigned to the Company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely records with employees and proper filing
  • In collaboration with HR manager handle employee’s issues including (warnings, punishments, recruitment, dismissal)
  • Prepare and conduct meetings with employees when necessary
  • Communicate every necessary announcement, memo, and urgent meetings
  • Ensure punctuality, cleanliness of all employees
  • Communicate to the leadership concerning employees work status including (some necessary improvement, urgent issues to handle, challenges etc.)
  • Advocate for employee’s welfare
  • Handle any task assigned to him by his superior/s.
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
  • Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other employees.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Handling attendance of the employees
  • Prepare final discount
  • Prepare any form of leave
  • Drafting recommendation letters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
  • Additional trainings/certifications in Human Resources Management– may be advantageous.
  • Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Protecting the interests of all employees and of the company.
