We are looking for a competent and skilled Assistant Human Resources Manager who will;

Position Objective:

  • The objective of the present assignment is to allow the Employer to benefit from the services of the Employee with the aim of fulfilling the mission that was assigned to the Company.
  • The Assistant Human Resources Manager shall be the right hand to the Human Resources Manager, helping him running the HR department from hiring new employees to handling the employees’ complaints and concerns.
  • The Assistant Human Resources Manager shall be managing the Human Resources department on an interim basis while the HR Manager is away.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains accurate and UpToDate human resources files, records, and documents
  • Answer frequently asked questions from Employees relative to human resources policies, benefits, etc., and refers more complex questions to appropriate senior level HR or management
  • Provide administrative support by scheduling meetings, arranging conference calls, and taking notes during meetings.
  • Conducting training seminars for employees about company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Conduct an organization’s recruitment, interview, selection and hiring process
  • Manage employee record and benefits, including payroll, health, and safety programs
  • Preparing job descriptions, posting openings, and interviewing candidates for the positions within the company.
  • Maintain the employee moral by fostering a positive working environment through effective leadership and teamwork.
  • Follow and ensure adherence to internal rules and regulations.
  • Do other work on request of the Management including assisting the Managing Director.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
  • Additional trainings/certifications in Human Resources Management– may be advantageous.
  • Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Protecting the interests of all employees and of the company.
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
